Terms of Service

By accessing or using Team Limitless ("the Service," "we," "us"), including any associated bot, software, Discord community, Telegram bot, or related services, you ("you," "user," "member") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service. You represent that you have the legal capacity and authority to use the Service in your jurisdiction.

2. The Service

Team Limitless provides automated trade signal routing for futures markets, primarily Micro E-mini Nasdaq (MNQ). The Service:

• Generates trade signals based on a proprietary strategy operated by Team Limitless
• Routes those signals to your connected TradersPost account(s) via webhook
• Provides per-account risk controls (stop loss, daily loss limits, contract sizing)
• Includes access to a private Discord community and Telegram bot for management

The Service does NOT execute trades directly on your broker. Trade execution happens on your own TradersPost-connected broker account, under your own broker agreement.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining your own TradersPost subscription and broker account
• You are responsible for verifying your prop firm or broker permits API/webhook trading
• You are responsible for all trades executed on your account, including any losses
• You must keep your webhook URL, login credentials, and account information confidential
• You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute access to the Service
• You agree not to reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the proprietary strategy code

4. Risk Acknowledgment

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance, including the live-streamed historical performance of our strategy, is not indicative of future results. Market conditions change. The Service includes built-in risk controls (per-trade stop loss, daily loss gates, news filters) but these controls cannot guarantee profits or eliminate losses. You may lose some or all of your trading capital.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these risks and accept full responsibility for all trading outcomes on your accounts.

5. No Investment Advice

Nothing provided by the Service constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. Trade signals generated by the strategy are mechanical outputs of a software system. You should consult with qualified financial professionals before making any investment decisions.

6. Subscription and Billing

Access to the Service requires payment of subscription fees as listed on the pricing page. Subscriptions are billed via our payment processor and renew automatically unless cancelled by you.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Access continues until the end of your current paid billing period.

7. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages (TradersPost, broker, exchange, infrastructure providers), or events beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Attempt to circumvent our access controls or share access
• Initiate a payment chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team Limitless and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the prior 12 months.

11. Intellectual Property

The trading strategy, software, dashboard, branding, and all related materials are the exclusive property of Team Limitless. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service during your active subscription. You acquire no other rights.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active members via Telegram or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Team Limitless operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
