Privacy Policy

Team Limitless ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we use it.

1. What we collect

Account information

• Email address (provided at signup via our payment processor)
• Whop membership ID (used to verify subscription status)
• Telegram user ID (when you link your account via the bot)
• Discord username (auto-populated when you join the community)

Trading configuration

• TradersPost webhook URL(s) you provide
• Per-account risk settings (mode, stop loss, daily limits, contract size)
• Account names you assign

Operational data

• Trade signals fired and your account's response (success, failure, skip reason)
• Daily PnL aggregates for your account-level reporting
• Telegram commands you send to the bot (for support and audit)

We do NOT collect or have access to:

• Your broker login credentials
• Your TradersPost account credentials
• Your payment card details (handled entirely by our payment processor)
• Your prop firm account balances or trade history beyond what you've shared

2. How we use your data

• Service delivery: route trade signals to your accounts, apply your risk settings, log results
• Billing: verify subscription status via Whop webhooks
• Support: troubleshoot issues and answer your questions
• Communication: send service updates, alerts (e.g. auto-pause notifications), occasional product news
• Improvement: aggregate, anonymized usage data to improve the strategy and product

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the following service providers, and only as necessary to operate the Service:

• Whop — payment processing and subscription management
• TradersPost — trade signal routing (we send your webhook URL the trade payload; we don't share your account info)
• Supabase — secure database hosting (Postgres)
• Railway — backend application hosting
• Telegram and Discord — for member communication channels

4. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle disputes and comply with legal obligations. Trade history is retained indefinitely for analytics purposes (with personal identifiers removable on request).

5. Your rights

You may request:

• A copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion of your account and associated personal data

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices: encrypted database connections, HTTPS-only API endpoints, HMAC-verified webhook signatures, and secrets stored in encrypted environment variables. No system is 100% secure, however, and you assume the risks inherent to internet-based services.

7. Cookies and analytics

Our marketing site does not currently use third-party tracking cookies or behavioral analytics. We may add basic privacy-respecting analytics (e.g. Plausible, Fathom) in the future to understand site traffic in aggregate.

8. Children

The Service is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

Material changes will be announced to active members via Telegram or Discord.
